Announcement (12-31-2023)

1. 주님의 이름으로 문안합니다. 

주일예배에 오신 여러분들을 주의 이름으로 환영합니다. 

Welcome to ANC Sunday Service in the name of Jesus. 

2. 2023년 올해 표어는 말씀 충만, 기도 충만, 성령 충만한 교회입니다. 

ANC 2023 moto is God’s Word-filled, prayer-filled, and the Spirit-filled church.

3. 12월은 영적 결산의 달입니다. 

December is the month of spiritual evaluation.

4. 새벽예배 (Early Morning Service): The book of Deuteronomy

수요일 (Wed) @ 5:30

5. 목장 모임 (Adult & Youth Cell Groups Meetings) will be on break until February.

6. ANC Sunday School for Preschool: Ages between two to five. 

7. 사역자/봉사자 감사 (Volunteer Appreciation):

ANC deeply appreciates your commitment to the Church. ANC Leadership, Praise & Worship team, Media, Ushers, Cell group leaders, Sunday School & Korean teachers, serving at the kitchen, serving lunches, church cleaning up, and so on. Appreciation lunch will be served by Mrs. Ahn.  ANC has heart-felt gratitude to her commitment. 

8. 윳놀이 (Korean Traditional Yut Game): today after the lunch. 

Yut Game is a Korean traditional game, which is played every new year. Each cell group (including youths) will compete; winners will be awarded. Honestly, any ones who stay until the end will be awarded. 

9. 신년 달력 (Calendars 2024): Wall & Table calendars. 

One wall calendar per family; one table calendar per person. If you need more (for business or gift), please refer to the ushers.

10. 성경통독: 출애굽기/레위기 (Reading through Exodus & Leviticus): 

Date: Saturday, January 6, 2024 (9:00am-12:00pm)

Pastor Caleb will summarize each book and outline them so that congregations may more easily catch them up. ANC is so grateful to Mrs. Lee who will prepare lunch for participants. 

11. 제직 리트릿 (Church’s Officers’ Retreat): 

When: January 12-13 (Fri-Sat), 2024

Where: LeTourneau Christian Center (Address: 4950 Co Rd 11, Rushville, NY 14544)

Cost: $ 50 each person (including three meals and one night stay)

We are sorry that no English translation will be presented. 

12. 금주 성경 암송구절 (The Bible Memory verses): 2 Timothy 2:22

Bible memorization helps us make our eyes on Jesus Christ steadier and clearer. Storing the Bible verses in our minds about God helps us relate to Him as He really is. 

2 Timothy 2:22 (NKRV). 22또한 너는 청년의 정욕을 피하고 주를 깨끗한 마음으로 부르는 자들과 함께 의와 믿음과 사랑과 화평을 따르라.

2 Timothy 2:22 (ESV). 22So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
